Deadpool & Wolverine Post Credits Scene (Spoilers)

Deadpool & Wolverine’s post-credits scene offers a comedic callback to an earlier moment in the film. The scene features Deadpool at the TVA, presenting surveillance footage to clear his name regarding Johnny Storm’s death.

Earlier in the film, Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Chris Evans reprising his Fantastic Four role) meets a grisly end at the hands of Cassandra Nova after Deadpool claims Johnny insulted her. While Johnny denied saying anything offensive, the post-credits scene reveals the truth through hidden camera footage from their convoy journey.

The footage shows Johnny Storm delivering an extensive, profanity-laden rant about Cassandra Nova, confirming that he did indeed make all the inflammatory remarks Deadpool had attributed to him. The rant includes numerous colourful insults and explicit threats, proving that Deadpool wasn’t lying about Johnny’s words.

The scene concludes with Deadpool addressing the audience with “Got you, f**kface,” effectively turning what could have been a typical Marvel setup for future content into a darkly humorous revelation.
